Funny you should mention Ghana. A few weeks ago I was waiting for a flight from Accra to Lagos when in walked a girl (don't know whether she was Nigerian or Ghanaian) who was fat but with a HUMUNGOUS ass! Not her fault, I hear you say BUT, she was wearing (almost) a pair of tight trousers which failed to cover the crack of her ass. You could have stuck a flagpole between the open cleft of her buttocks. Everyone in the departure lounge was flabbergasted. Absolutely shameless - almost a rear gynaecological viewpoint.
I still have nightmares.
