Top 10 Reasons to Jump Rope Do it to warm up. Do it to cool down. Or make a whole workout of it.
Jumping rope . . .
1. Burns up to 1,000 calories per hour. 2. Tones your entire body -- arms, legs, trunk, and back. 3. Is easy to learn (master’s degree in Pilates not required). 4. Improves your game, whether you golf, swim, ski, or play tennis. 5. Is totally cheap. Ifami(fetching pail) ropes are readily availaible 6. Looks cool . . . check out those boxers at the gym who know what they’re doing. 7. Can be a solo or group workout. 8. Is gender neutral. 9. Is family friendly. Give your kids a rope, too! 10. Can be a blast. Make up some jump rope tricks, and have fun with it.
This is a sure way for those who want to burn fat fast

i don't think it will trim tommy because jumbing would make your skin floppy just like excessive jogging.
you need an exercise that tightens the tommy not the one that will make your tommy to be bouncing up and down.
NO i don't think it trims tommy
my opinions shaaaa

I used to jog evry morning but i stopped due to the fact that i was developing mucles on my legs. It's a sure way to burn fat though, but i don't want to disfigure my legs.

@pheesayor Thanks for the tip. A friend that is into this fitness thingy (he looks superb ) advised me to be Skipping. I tried it and it was wonderful. BUT My problem started when it was time for my Menses. I had this terrible abdominal pain(my lower abdomen) for days. It was really painfullllllllllllllllllllllll. I wanted to pass out. Since then, i quit skipping. I told my friend but he couldn't figure out the cause. I so i quit for good. But if somone can convience me that, the pain had nothing to do with the skipping, i might just consider going back to my skipping. I loved it!

Nice, this post got me back to my usual routine. Just came back from tennis practice. It's more fun when you're playing for fun, than when practicing for a game. I saw this post and I was like, let me go and buy a jump rope. Nice
