@deor03 please how long have you been married? Do you have any kids? What prompted you to go for the test? Cos i know most men do not ever give it a thought that some things could go wrong.       That way i can know what you are up to.

You didn't ask the person that gave you the result and you are asking us, Undecided . How do you ask a fish how hot the desert is? Anyway I'm single but because of your topic I'm seriously considering taking the test.

@Luli

before you give the guy the third degree, why not give him an answer to his query,
Does he have to be up to anything? The guy could just be one who wants to know.

Hi deor03 and thanks for the reply.                            The ph of your semen is o.k., the colour is o.k. Normal liquefaction is within 30mins. Also more than 50% of the sperm should show normal motility. The normal sperm count is 60-200million per ml.    Comparing this info with your result you know that you also need some treatment. Do not be be afraid you are still a man and you and your wife can still have alot of children. Take your treatment and please take note: Sugar is not good for a man, Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are not right for you too. If u masturbate please STOP! And bear in mind that doctors care but GOD is the healer.   Remember me in your kingdom.

@surugede well thank God you are not proud of it.  I say stop because this act starts from your conscience or heart, sorry but simply put you lack self-control and u pollute your heart with all sorts of filth. I am sorry again.              Secondly, you do not give your body enough time to build the seminal fluid,hence you will end up (in simple terms) with immature sperm cells. It becomes watery and to have children might be difficult. If you get married you will be cheatin your wife of her rights because after all u feel relieved and if she can't core u know the result. Take care.

Well the motility factor i said refers to the progression or mobility from your result.                For your treatment you will have to take your result and see a good doctor.

The seminal fluid analysis report is trying to let you know your fertility status.
The time notations   tells you the time the semen sample was delievered to the Laboratory and also the time it was processed.
The Volume (1ml) is a bit low, ideally it should range between 3.5 - 5.5mls.
Liquefaction time tells you the relative viscousity level of the semen.
The Motility and the progression tells you about the strength and the potency of the sperm cells (which is the active ingredient of the fluid in it's entirety). But according to the report the motility is a bit Low.
Abnormal (40%) means that there is a high level of abnormality, which is a problem.
Sluggish (30%). This is telling you that 30% of the entire cell count were sluggish (which is a problem too).
Dead (50%). Means that 50% lot of the entire cell count were dead on examination. It simply means that half of the sperm cells were dead while half were alive. This has a direct efffect on your fertility as a man.
Total cell count (60.0 millions). The sperm count is okay.
Culture yielded no growth after 48hrs of incubation at 37'C means there was no bacterial infection.

@luli,

there is a friend of mine who had watery sperm. He he is not married but whenever he masturbate, he notice that at times the sperm would be watery, and at times it would be off white. He wanted to know what to do and which foods to eat as he plan to get marry in a year time.

Secondly, does lime juice increase sexual drive? He mentioned an event when he drank lime juice though for different purpose but his privates was too hard even without stimulation. What is responsible for this?

Finally, with the state of his sperm, can he father a child?
