The good Dr. Watson really might have done a favor to all with his comments, and here's how:
Watson is a brilliant scientist. No question, there. Although it challenges us to do so, we really must empirically, objectively and without bias examine the things which we truly seek to know and understand. Things that are accepted are things which have been questioned to the point that they are understood as well as we can understand them at a given time. IF there is a question to be raised, then that question should be considered for its merit. IF that question is determined to have merit, then it should be discussed.
But, let us examine this: It seems that questions of intelligence are raised in respect to a White, Western standard. Why is this the case?
