To you Ooduas in the house, ever heard any yoruba adage or proverb or sayings that interest you or keeps you thinking again and again, please post it here and tell us the meaning for those who might come across it for the first time. I just heard this one from an elderly person:  "Bi iso iya o ba run, o ye ki ti omo o le ta sansan" meaning, if ur parents or elderly ones could not make it in their time, u as a younger one should struggle to excel. It is used to correct young men and women who are indolent.
