Seun he is a 9ja man making lovely r&B songs

about 26? was Account Manager at a bank

"Background
Soulful, R&B boy Lemar writes and performs his tunes whenever he can. He has already been a support act for major names like Destiny's Child. Oh, and he has bendy thumbs!

What does he love?
He adores working his body out at the gym. He also likes being supportive and funny to be around.

Fave musicians/bands
Lemar stays well clear of cheesy pop or metal and is inspired by Boyz II Men, Usher and Michael jackson."

my fav song from him is Time to grow

Here's some of his lyrics

"Time To Grow"

Last night I tried but I couldn't sleep
Thoughts of you were in my head
I was lonely and I needed you next to me
Life is harder since you left
I never meant to do you wrong
And now all is said and done
I hope you won't be gone too long/ No

[Chorus]
Where do I go
What do I do
I can't deny I still feel something
And girl, I wish you could say you feel the same
You've broken the bond
I gotta move on
But how do I end this lonely feeling?
You've gone, I'm here, alone
I guess it's time to grow

I try to speak, but my words never catch the air
Like you never knew I was there
Take me back to the days when you really cared
Can we make love re-appear?
I can't go on the roads too long
And now all is said and done
I can't go forward if my heart's still where i'm coming from

[Chorus]

Crying time is over
I know I can't control her feelings
If she won't return, then I guess I'll be a man
and move on

Time to grow / And move on
Make life better than it was before
Time to grow and move on
Make love better than I did before [repeat]

Though you've gone / And I'm here, alone
I guess it's time to grow

Dedicated"

I dedicate it to you Mama

People, sometimes I cannot
Believe how far I've made it
See not too long ago I could have sworn my dreams had faded
But as sweet sweet mother
Did always say,
When things in life
Become complicated
Always remain,
Dedicated.

We all have the Power!

@sade511, he's a brit star, probably why you haven't heard of him, unless you're a music junkie and  you listen  to music in the u.k, you know in the states, not many Brit artist's are recognized and then they're recognized here after 2years of their hit singles

Lemar he makes me smile, very down to earth i met him once at the Base lounge and he is so nice,he has that air about him like he is still not aware he is a star. I love him.

Myself and colleagues were rooting for him when he was unknown and  on the reality show Fame Academy 2002,we voted to keep him non stop, a clear winner in our eyes but it was not to be, he was told he had no talent, by that awful judge Richard Park, week after week that man wanted Lemar out. Anyway like they say every cloud eh! .

Although he did not get enough votes to keep him on the show, in every sense Lemar is the true winner and only star the show can boast of. He lost his mum in 2003 shorty after getting a record contract and he is truly the uk's soul man Smiley  the rest they say is history

First album , Dedicated~~~~~~~~~~ fav track ,  lullaby written by lemar and Ainsley on the show
Second, Time to grow~~~~~~~~fav track, if there's any justice(very soulful)

I'd heard two of songs previously "Its not that easy" and "call me daddy" and I love those songs esp the first one but the second one I was trying to figure out his accent but I couldn't place it. Nice to know he's naija
