sorry, but that's how they do, if you don't pass training, ur going nowhere in that bank. then again, same thing applies for gtb's 3-month training! It's ridiculous, but trust access bank isn't worth it. If you DO pas training, you'll have to sign a bond with them for 2 years!?

Sad but the truth is that maybe it wasn't meant for him in the first place.
God knows best brother. please cheer up and just a word of advice for nairalanders.
When next you are fortunate to get into any training school, please read as if your whole life depends on it.

This concept is crazy,i was a victim of Gtbank trainin schl.I believe its a face in life,it makes you get stronger.I feel like commiting suicide initially,but thank God for his strength.Access bank is the worst of all these four banks;access,Gtbank,sterling,intercontinental that adpts these polices because of the signin of bonds for two years which implies,you can't move to another bank within two years.I'm doin fine now because i've gotten over it.

sad though, but its not the end of the world. if he doesnt work in access bank, he will work somewhere else. but he mustnt give up. life continues. its meant to make him stronger than he is now. cheer up please.

hi fellow landers, am now with fidelity bank. thanks be to God. our manager read a mail today sent to him by the MD that we the staff should help bring in new people. basically those with 2 1, engineering, computer, statastics, management and the rest. note that everyone now write the text, no more 4 2 1 only.  |
