entered University,in which i explained at my 2nd application. At my 2nd application,i also denied because of my sponsor
biz details.i.e my uncle. Now i want to use my In-law as my Uncle, who is leaving at UK as my Sponsor. Can i use him
and what and what he needs to send to me?I want to pay my remaining balance of my school fees this week.

It's unfortunate that many genuine applicants like yourself are turned down because of the "sins" of the dubious ones, these abuse of privileges have really succeeded in making the ECOs identify visa applicants in Nigeria as potential problem on immigration matters, so the visa officers would refuse an applicant for the  most feeble excuses which are otherwise ridiculous to our sensibility.
You said you're going to use your in-law as your uncle, i don't know what positive effect this will have because, i neither know what surnames are involved nor how you're going to do the paper work to correspond. . . Are you sure of what you're saying, But, do you really think you need to change the family relationship?
You really have to be careful with documentations because, your application will be refused once the ECO observes anything questionable, and that might stand against you in any other application you make then after.

When applying, make sure your documentation is in consonance with your previous applicationS.

Your sponsor can always change but the details must be clear.
His/her relationship with you must carefully be defined.

His/her origin of funds must be explained.
EmploymenT hisitory if employed, business details if self employed.

His/her financial documents be it bank statement or other must commensurate with your planned expenditure over a period of time.

What level of education are you applying for, graduate or undergraduate?

All the best

What ever u want to study in london why don't you do it in Nigeria or why don't you appeal you have being denied twice. i did my masters in Nigeria in fact UNILAG cause i wasnt granted an F1 visa that was some few years back, You would be denied again and again i'D advice that you appeal and stop re applying. Something am sure about is that no application is 100 percent accurate sometimes the ECO overlook some points and your visa is granted while sometimes they just give reasons for denial if they don't want you in london. you sound too desperate already and once they understand that you are desperate you could be denied 100 times in a month. thats my opinion though.

And please next time you have issues i;D advice you throw it open instead of mentioning names don't you think new people join this forum every second and that some with informations might just mind there business and read through. The names of people u mentioned are just like you too they need visas too to move from there present locations. especially if its a study visa

Your In-law cannot certainly be your Uncle if he is not sharing the same surname with you (because he got married to your sister).
Consistency matters alot in any application you make please don't jeopardise your chance. I will personally advice you to indicate him as your In-law in your next application. All you need do is to draft a convincing Letter of sponsorhip from your inlaw stating his genuine intentions of sponsoring you & what he stand to benefit from the venture thats all.
I have seen peeps given visa using inlaw as sponsor & yet denial using uncle or parents. What really matter is finance & credibility.

Can u apply for schengen visa with a passport that was stamped refusal by UK visa consular precisely 27th August 2007.
I learnt its suppose to be after 6months

The Question is, since UK is not schengen does the 6months wait also applies if I want to apply for schengen?? (VISIT)

The UK embassy is entirely independent from the Schengen agreement, so, the six months regulation does not apply in the case whereby one has been granted or refused a UK visa.
While your Schengen visa application has got nothing to do with your UK visa refusal(s) and it therefore should be treated in its own merit, but it's considerable important to acknowledge the fact that a refusal stamp in a passport is questionable. . .

@ mayayi,
I have gone through some of your postings here, and seriously I don't think there is anything I can contribute to your case. All has been said to help you further.

As well, to be sincere, I find your English appalling for a University graduate. If you still have any issues of concern, please feel free to raise them. Most of your enquiries have already been severely dealt with in the Visa Appeal Thread.

No need to start hyperventilating with words beyond your mental comprehension. Grammar is the correct spelling not ''grammer'' Pay attention to your academics and stop wasting your time at Walter Carrington! So much for a so-called masters graduate, to fail in simple English spelling, and as well an articulate composition of sentence!

Haha! It is so easy to decipher your plight. I may not have the concise and exact word to describe it, but you suffer from a bad belle syndrome. No man was born with a Visa! Some people travel across the globe even without a Visa!

No one is maligning your situation, but your stupidity and sheer ignorance which at the moment are your best friend, is not making you to reason objectively and actually think of what exactly you want in life!

My 1 cent to you is this: Go and face your books! Living a life of lies is not worthwhile.
