Ejaculation Problems
im not sure if this is the place to post this, but i'll give it a go. im a 17year old boy and ive recently been finding ejeculation become painful. the top part of my privates feels really painful when i ejeculate. from what i have found out, it might be due to a problem with the canals where it meets before it reaches the hole at the top. there is only pain at the top when i feel the liquid reach there. the pain is like a needle is in there or something. i'm not a very outgoing person, and so seeing someone about this scares me. i was wondering if the doctor in the house could give me some advice? and whether this could b a much larger problem. ive noticed growing up that my privates is not perfectly straight nor extremely crooked, could the slight curve be the cause? im scared and do not know what to do. this doesn't happen that often, but it scares me everytime i do feel the pain.

There are two reasons I can think of -- your urethra might be infected or there's a partial blckage somewhere. Consult your urologist.

PROSTATITIS
Prostatitis is the name given to inflammatory conditions of the prostate gland. It can be (very) painful during urination or ejaculation and you need to see your doctor to ascertain the cause and get appropriate treatment. If you do not get it treated it can result in serious complications.

17 years old BOY? that is is funny though, when did u started making love? meanwhile I had that problem once, but i Never took it to be anything until i started seen blood in my urine, man without wasting time i went for a text which comfirm some bacterial or so, the dr recommend a drug which work well, just cost me 240 naira only,

What kind of soap do you usually use? Remember, some soap (like "soda") could be very acidic and could cause some sores on/in your privates, especially at the tip "top"; a pain that you might not realise during the action due to pleasure.
The shape of your privates has got nothing to do with anything.
However, i suggest you see a doctor and explain this to him/her without shame, and if it's any medical condition, they should be able to diagnose it. Do not depend on advice from here, go now and see a doc. Goodluck

first of all how often do you have sex.
secondly, doyou have sours in your mouth, do you have mouth injuries?
do you find dust recidues that smell really bad all over your testicle?
do you experince itching?
if this are the symptoms your experiencing, then your infected with some sort of std
it is advicable to see a doctor immediately.
take your partner along.
