Who Makes A Better Boss, Man Or Woman?

I'm having a man as my boss, he's really a nice boss though i believe a woman would have been nicer than he is. who would you think would be better putting into consideration the fact that women are more devoted to tasks than men.

I say women would make the better bosses in any business management.
