don't trip,
its only 4 days apart. By the way US embassy rerely base their decision on others granting u visa. its the other way round in most cases.
Good luck!

Nice move was at the us embassy some few weeks ago my simple advice make sure you have an answer for all questions on your 156 and 157. Pray to God as in Pray to GOD reall hard nothing is impossible if u can explain to them why u need to visit the US u would be given a visa.BEST OF LUCK.
NB Your uk visa wont really give u an edge cus u havent used it to prove that you can go and come back and u are still goin to be regarded as someone who has not left niaja before on yor DS157 when u are asked to list countries you have been to. your visa has not been used so u see.

Was your UK visa a student visa? Which visa are you opting for in US?
I have seen cases where US embassy result in the cancellation of an already issued visa.(THOSE PEEPS ARE CRASYY!!!! SHIT HAPPENS) Be smart enough to weigh your optionss and above all pray. Anythin could happen.
If I were in your shoes I will go for Uk 1st and latter apply for US,You might not have much problems based on immigration credibilty.
ALL THE BEST
