Quote
We have to use economic violence against the arabs.
Economic violence is the art and science of using the exchange of money for goods and/or services as an aspect of ethnic warfare, survival and prosperity.
The Arabs will not support a Black African business over their own, because they are not interested in ethnic suicide. The Arabs are logical, as self preservation is the most basic of human instincts. So not only will an Arab person not support a Black African business over an Arab business, they take it one step further and plant their business in a Black African community and implement plans to take Black African people's money. This ideological posture is pure and scientific economic violence.
Every group of people understands practices and strategically utilizes the concept of economic violence, except Black African people. In fact the economic violence that we, as Black African people, practice is economic violence against ourselves.
In your economic life, if you are not buying from your own Black African people first, then you are committing suicide on many levels and enlisting for slavery and zombification. Buy African with no apology and if you have to buy from others, try to make sure it's a bootleg. Never pay full price for anything from others-especially those who have historically and continue to benefit from your underdevelopment. For in fact, our relationship is dialectical to our oppressors.Their development is dependent on our underdevelopment.

You are right, but the only way out is for us to have a good and intelligent leaders in Nigeria and in Black African countries. A leader who have a proper sense of direction. The leaders we have in Nigeria are not intelligent at all. They are worst than mediocres.

Can you imagine Shamusideen - minister of finance- saying we have to go and borrow from Islamic bank. Instead of him thinking how he will organise our own structure so that they can come and borrow from us. Because we are always going to them for one favour or the other. That is why they give us some rubbish conditions. I remember one of Nigeria leaders who went to Saudi King, to solicit for help, and the Saudi king told him that if he can turn Nigeria into an Islamic country, then he will get what he want.

We are independent in Nigeria, but we have not taken slavery out of our brains. Its a pity !

My question is when were black Africans and Arabs united? Arabs have always manipulated greedy black middle men for economic reasons and nothing more. Hell they manipulated the Haratines and now they're still slaves in mauritania even though they supposedly banned slavery. I mean hell outside of this they do not think much of blacks and whenever they want a "united Africa" they want to be the leaders of such alliances, ala mumar kadaffy. Even those silly AA's like Dwight york who kissed up to al bashir when he gave money to York's cult and mulatto's like Louis "farakahn" Walcott kowtow to Arab wishes, he's also the one who toted abachas regime. Blacks throw their race/ethnicities to the side when it comes to Islam, but prostate themselves to the Arabs.

it is damned silly

Good point Jafarre.

We become brothers when the white man discriminates against everybody, but after that the Arab thinks he's next in command. Maybe he is, I don't know, but I can see the pattern all over.

Its time for Black Africans to take their destiny into their own hands. African continent NEVER belongs to Arabs. African continent is a black man's continent.

We all know their history and how they occupied the Northern African region by force and they are the ruling the area. They are suppose to be under us. If they don't like it, they should pack their bag and baggages and go back to where their fore fathers came from. If you go to any of the Northern African region, you will think it is another Arab region

Its time for change.

Black africans cannot go to the Arabian peninsula and be ruling the ARABS. Oppression have to stop .

I am so happy someone brought up this topic. I've always wondered if anyone has ever thought about it. I had a Somolian friend and she would tell me that her aunt doesn't understand why Africans andblacks have flat nose and thick lips. I asked her if her aunt was African and she said yes but they don't look like us. It bothers me when people use Egypt as Africa's great achievement when they only claim Africa during world cup, other wise their middle east of "Oriental." The Egyptian government even allowd people trying to cross from Sudan to be shot at.

The Islamic militants of nairaland will soon appear and say we are bashing Islam.
Since speaking ill of Arabs means dissing Mohammed and his allah.

This should be the basis of our analyzing racial discrimination. Starting from Nigeria, how many Fulanis think they are of better racial stock than the rest of us? I would say probably all most.

Then to the continental level, I used to have a Morrocan class mate who would consitently parade himself as 'white or middle easterner' until he suffered racial discrimination, then he turned to me to say "now I understand how this discrimination thing works against you guys"

No they did not; this happened about 5 years ago. It has nothing to do with the war in Iraq. Are Blacks not Americans. Blacks are even used more in the war than whites FYI,

Hi and Happy New 2008 everyone!
One brief comment : most uninformed generalizations are wrong.
I stand by the Lebanese professor comments in the initial article.
And I am not claiming that there are not many problems in our African continent , North African countries included of course, there are many as we all know. I could write for one month about things that needs to be improved in Egypt and I would be just starting, the question is how to deal with the challenges ahead of us all?

Yes,your personal experience is obviously more important than the collective experiences of millions of Blacks over centuries of history. For instance, who cares about Black Mauritanians and Southern Sudanese  when your personal experience is much more important.

Listening to the Egyptian director of Museums explain how his his country is not an "African" country breaks my heart.

Even with all the negroid features of the museum artifacts, ie their broad nose, nappy hair, and full lips, he still felt the need to dissociate himself and his country from black Africa.

Come on, today, many metropolitan societies are racial melting pots, but that has never stopped anybody from calling London an English city, New York- a Northeastern US city, or Pretoria a South African city.

If Egyptians have such a problem identifying themselves, then you'll understand where they're coming from.

I am afraid I don't understand your last comment
I was not asked about Egyptian cities.
If you are asking about cities , then for example: Cairo is the Egyptian capital, Tanta is an Egyptian city in the Nile Delta in Lower Egypt, while Aswan is an Egyptian city in Upper Egypt. These were just examples, I would be happy to provide you information about any particular city you are interested to know more about.

Waiting for your reply  Smiley

After reading through the thread, I think they were talking about the Ancient Egyptians and not necessarily today's configuration. Like the States for example, before Europeans came to this land is was an Amerindian area but if you ask people today they would say it is European. I might be wrong but I think that is what they were trying to get at? I think?
