Hi everyone, A female friend of mine smelt alchohol on me and got mad claiming it's has long term side effects. I want to know if moderate drinking also has side effects because alchohol manufacturers advice drinking responsibly. When does drinking get irresponsible?
When you drink everyday and put things off or just say F it because of a buzz. 1-2 beers or glasses of wine is ok a few days a week. More than 1 beer an hr is over the legal limit. Ask yourself if you drink because you like the taste or want to get drunk buzz. It can make you look older than your age. Wrinkles come early in life. Bad for you! Hard stuff should be banned.
