I reserve my comments till I actually see it. Now, I think Nigerians are really good people unlike what the damn media portrays of them.

Look we may be whatever to the world--my own problem is disrespecting Edo Queens!  I may not be able to defend Nigeria but anything Edo babe---we will fall apart fast if there is the slightest disrespect.  No permanent friends, no permanent enemies! Grin

That's good!  I don't blame you jare--nothing much happening around here.  Same old same old topics being recycled!

Yes Oh!  I have elected my self area-mama of "Edo babes" by virtue of my "ancientness"! Grin  I am really having a good time with this Hero of a character.  A refreshing breed from these local Nairaland dudes I have been fighting with!  Brings back memories of some serious horse plays with my Black American homies over here!  The always provide me with classic entertainment when they bring up their superiority complex mess!  I never fail to put them in their places Grin

It's all in good faith and comradely--too bad some take it personal!

@ Almondjoy:

I think that you are a Leo and or Aries, though I feeling most likely a Leo. You've got the vibe. You seem very sexually charged and homey like a Leo and Aries. We Virgos are very mentally powerful. Our brains are the most complex of any being on earth. We live in our minds 80% of the time. So primed is our brains that we can literally FEEL the energy of the internal nature of another persons zodiac,  with the most minimum amount of communication and or contact with them.

Sometimes we can even tell just by observing the way they move and or stare. You're not a true Leo though, your energy in that feild is not strong enough, you share alot of Cancerous qualities,  hinting that you're nearer to the end of the Leo spectrum, and the reason that I feel alot of my wife in you.

You two share alot in common, she likes compliments and so do you, you like to play the middle ground and be a mediator, you like crafty things,  like art, music and the Virgo's odd ways. Humm, I'm not making coming on to you by saying this, but there's an odd somthing about the way I communicate on here that you find alluring. I know this because I can feel it vibrate from you when you respond to me.

You will deny these things because I put you on the spot, and being put on the spot is one thing you hate more than most anything. You'll now go into your shell, and not want to talk to me on this for a while, though you will because once again I called you out and you will now attempt to stroke your Leo side by attempting to stand strong and hold character. Your attempt will be as shallow as a rain drop to me though, in that I am a SUPREME/TRUE VIRGO and will see right through you're words and your very being as if you'd had a whole through your body as wide as your torso.

You will now attempt to challenge me on this. Good luck.

Humm, you'all have been busy. Yes, I'm back after partaking in a wonderfully stuffing thanksgiving evening and very entertaining extended holiday weekend--- enjoying the time spent doing all sorts of extravagant activities with family and friends. Thanks to those who've bid me a happy Turkey Day, it was nice of you to think of me and show your gratitude of my added presence. What would you ever do without me; I don't know.

Now, no those wonderfully scrumptious-delicious   looking meals in those pictures I posted were not upon my table of Thanks givings, but rather taken from various sites around the net; I never claimed otherwise my trusty fans--- HappyPeanut or AlmondJoy or whatever your name is, to be exact.  Now, on another note; the givings on my parents table this year where much, much better than those presented in those pictures. We've got Igbos, a Trini, Italian, Puerto Ricans, Lebanese, Korean and southern, western, mid-western North-Eastern Black-Americans--- all married into my family--- so this thanks giving everyone was to bring at least one traditional food from their area of birth or non-American cultural relation. It was very entertaining.

For those who partook in the festive events of this American holiday, I hope you've enjoyed yourselves and are in better spirits for it.

Sorry to say, but my wife is too Akatawashed to know how cook such dishes.  Cheesy She's doesn't really even like most Nigerian dishes. She's a really good cook though, though she mostly cooks African-American type food aka "Soul Food".  She, my mother and a few of my 7 sisters worked together preparing the majority of the dinner, desserts and drinks as well as other things for the festivities of the day.

Her mother and aunt brought some nice Naija dishes though. Hummm I can't remember the names, though one was like this really delicious and very SPICY type of pepper soup  Shocked and the other was some kind of goat stew; that was delicious too. Shocked
