Sweaty, I may be quite a bit older than you,  though I'm in no way an "Old man" yet.  Cheesy I never log into this site via the home page in that I have it saved to favorites via this race/ethnic board,  so when I log in I come strait to this board, so I wouldn't know what the hell it says on the home page, Love. Though, with that said,  let me say this; I am in no way a foe of Nigerians. I get along well with the ones I know personally and on this site one would observe that the vast majority of my post have been very positive, yet in response I often get negative replies from a few knucklehead critters around this joint.

everyone has his or her share of negative replies on the forum but generalising that all edo girls are reknown prostitutes is kind of strong. that means i am a prostitute, my sisters are prostitutes, my aunts and even my mom (because she is also edo) is a prostitute. that really calls for an apology for all the things u ve said about them

AA women have the highest Aids(Hiv) rate in America,

Actually, this just may be false,  though even if it is not, the rate is nothing compared to what exist amongst Nigerian women. 85% of the African-American women who've tested positive with HIV/AIDS and whom records have been make public,  have received their results from community public clinics, as compared to only 15% of white women who've been documented.

See the vast majority of white women who've tested positive have been tested in PRIVATE Clinics, and they are not required by law to give out their clients results while non-private community clinics are required to do so,  and the vast majority of black and other minority women attend these clinics. The vast majority of private clinic patients do not allow the clinic to release their AIDS results to public documentation,  thus leaving a large portion of the nations white population in which is infected with HIV/AIDS  undocumented.

Whites make up the vast majority of the nation's homosexual and drug addicted population, and the nations homosexual and drug addicted population is in actuality the largest knows carriers and spreaders of the disease in the US. Thus meaning that it is only logical that whites would be the largest holders of the disease ,  though do to incompliance on their part to be publicly documented,  a situation in which having a mass of family wealth affords them the AIDS statistics in this nation are drastically screwed up and misrepresenting of the reality of the situation in their favor as usual.

Quote
and Majority of their Men is in jail.worried about your community.

About 1.3Million African-Americans are in prison today out of a total of nearly 3Mill. About 3/4 of those imprisoned African-Americans are male,  meaning that about 975,000 African-American males are in prison today. The African-American population is about 45Million strong today and about 21Mill of that number is made up of males. Now lets to some math here; is 975,000 > 21,000,000?  Huh Undecided

I've never generalized the group as known prostitutes, I simply asked if it was true that prostitution is given a slide amongst the population,  in that that is what I heard about the group from others and read in various media sources. Like I stated before, I have no real personal experience with the group to have made any sound judgement of my own about them. Just from inquiring about that one thing I was jumped on and from there it all went down hill. I apologize to you if I offended you and your family in any way, sweaty.  Kiss

Re: What Is It About Edo Girls?

I peruse this thread and all I see is stereotyping, and all I hear is hearsay and stuff. No one that has had anything negative to say about Edo ladies have done so with an unbiased mind, even the poster is in his predicament due to pressures from peers, so sad and methinks left to himself, he wouldn't have had any misgivings about his relationships.

Negatives all, immorality, domineering attitude, presumed homicides, what has the Edo woman not been accused of. Still, if you come to Great Edo, you will see a whole lot of happy couples, both married and in relationships. I dare say that the average Edo man would give his entire left arm to be in the arms of an Edo girl and if it happens to be for life, all the better.

All those wey dey castigate Edo with the issues of prostitution I sorry for una ignorance. Do you know that the sex trade in humans which happens to be directed towards the girl child is recognised as an international crime? I doubt. It is a well organised criminal racket that spans Europe, Asia and Africa with influential personalities involved in the identification and exploitation of victims. It is a sad reality that the cultures and traditions of Edo which lays great emphasis on kinship has been taken advantage of in the case of the Edo situation. And mind you, the vast majority of those involved in this acts are neither from Edo nor do they share any affinity with the Edo people but claim Edo origins due to the stereotyping of the average sex trader as an Edo indigene.

The strength of the Edo woman is awe inspiring and this is in her genes since the days of heroines such as Queens Idia and Iden, madam Emotan, etc. Even today, the average non Edo male is intimidated by the Edo woman, do I blame them, of course not. Who wouldn't be intimidated with the independence, industriousness and strong will of our princesses. Rather they make up chauvinistic statements just to put the Edo womenfolk down. This is beyond tribal sentiments or ethnic superiority.

Those when say Edo women dey kill them husbands, how many of you guys have been to Edo to see that there are only landladies. Na wa oh. I love the Edo girl meeeen, Bini, Esan, Afenmai wherever they all are, as long as they got Edo blood. And those of you who would let sentiments sway you, una go use sentiment take miss the missing bone daddy Jehovah don prepare for una. Make una dey use tribe dey take discriminate una hear. Una go use girlfriend turn to wife, meanwhile the wife for you might just probably be that Edo girl when u just dump due to shit stuff like we have here.

Great Edo Woman, where y'all at. . .

Oba gha to okpere

the fact that i posted what i know about few Edo girls and integrated mathematically to other Edo girls  does not mean that Edo girls are bad the way we say it. But some male indigenes of the ' heart beat of the nation ' help to agreviate issue by saying negative things about their girls.
Despite these negative things i hear, i will never be discauraged from my dream of settling down with a Bini girl as wife.

No wonder! Grin So your wife is still on a layaway plan after those beautiful children's picture you paraded on Naiaraland few months ago?  What a pity. Sad  Well Nigeria is not "Akataland"!  We do not do drive through marriages or relationships in Edo state.

Nah, I paid for her on the spot, the dowry wasn't too bad of a expense.  Cheesy Oh, while you may not do many drive through relationships in Edo State,  I'm quite sure you're quite fond of the 419 ones, hence the classic Baby Momma pose in your Avi, well at least he was nice enough to leave you with personal, forever lasting, deposit before vanishing. Why not give the young buck a chance to be your new Baby Daddy for that lovely looking daughter of yours?  Undecided

I don't blame you at all.  It is Seun I blame for giving you cyber "visa" to come here and write your rubbish. You will soon have your "Nairaland green card" revoked. Cheesy   I see you are an expert in baby moma poses and other matters.  Sorry to disappoint you, We do not do baby momas and "P" diddies where we come from. As for 419--no more than your car-jacking, basement, meth lab manufacturing enterpreneurial brodas/sistas over there.---"Basement pharmacy" gatz a diploma too I guess. Cheesy

Edo babes do not give coupons for manufacturing babies with 9 1/2 different fathers on any rainy day.  "Screw one get one free" is your baby moma's mottos over there I guess.  Or "look at me---I am walking egg--fertilize my arse"!

Hey? when are you going to be tested for steroids too?  You sure look like a B.K. Broiler from your profile pix. Tongue

Get your pedophilic twitching moustache off my kid's pink blanket--knowing that your kind does not differenciate--she aint no "Miss seally" of your color purple ok? Her daddy will barbecue your ebonic tail back to Alabama or East St. Louis if needed.  Africans do not play that.

We all have our specialties don't we? Wink Very legit husbands okay?  Why did you not hook up with one of your kind over there--instead of hangin' around 'fake' Nigerian babes?

I guess you are still searching for the "authentica"?

The dudes over here in Nigeria can never be bushier than your goatie or eyebrow. Edo babes do not like agriculturally engineered dudes--full of steroids like your brothers and sisters rigging the Olympicc so get off this thread. You are talking of 419? Don't even go there.

Please just have the green card ready okay?  That is all y'all are good for anyway.  Save one for Frankenstein too! Kiss
