New Virus On The Block Avpo.exe

if u have a process named avpo.exe (or is it avpa.exe) running on your pc u've been hit with a new type of malware:
some symptoms-
when u double click on a drive nothing happens(or a window briefly flashes but the drive doesnt open)

u can't get ur computer to show hidden folders(when u set it and click ok if u check on it a second later its back to 'do not show hidden files and folders')

etc etc etc

wot u need to do(for those that know what they are doing-if u don't jst google it and look for a tool) is to close close explorer and wscript from taskmanager

run cmd<click on file-new task(run) type cmd>
go to your root folder (c:\)
type dir /ah and if u see ntde1ect.com(its fashioned after ntdetect)
and also autorun.inf(there'll be references to ntde1ect in the autorun file ) then u have it(it being the virus)
run the ffg commands
attrib -r -s -h autorun.inf
del autorun.inf
attrib -r -s -h ntde1ect.com
del ntde1ect.com

the steps are there(duh i dubbed it wot do u thnk!)d prob with removing it with kapersky or some of the available tools is that after getting rid of the virus u'll still have probs with showing u're hidden files hence the need for the registry wahala
