i am trying to find out the ISP's that do demand for "security deposit" and those that do not.

i don,t know of any nigerian isp! the are all a hoax! and the all demand security deposits.
if you want one that dose not demand security deposit, try fobsky in canada.

i have heard of fobsky, but my modem is iDirect and they use Linkstar .
