Lets Nail These Isps!

Nigeria ISP service has being surviving, but they all have terrible customer care. You make excessive payment for a service, and you expect them to  fulfill their part of the deal,,  it doesn't work, it never works, it takes so  loong to activate, the customer care is out of the world, (maybe from hell),  no solution, you have nowhere to go no competitive competition, no standards or agency to report to. their business model resembles an armed robber pulling a gun in ur face.  This is what starcomms has done to me. dammmm!!!!!!!
