The New Nigeria Welcome On Board.

Hello,

A new Nigeria is emerging!

There is soon going to be a paradigm shift of what use to be to a new reformed and transform Nigeria. It is a movement from the Old Nigeria through the Transition stage to The New Nigeria. WATCH OUT FOR MORE DETAILS SOOOON!

We are currently in the era were only corporations with intrapreneurial spirit will be able to survive.

The best predictor of the future is the past! One of the fundamental laws in history states that those who don't know the past are bound to repeat it. These are profound statements made in the last century that give clear insights into how the future can be plotted scientifically,

Life is interesting; we must live it forward but understand it backwards. There have been many postulations about what business will look like in the future,

An intrapreneur is an entrepreneur within the corporate organization. There is a world of difference between today's manager, and tomorrow's intrapreneur.

A few of the competencies of an intrapreneur that makes him/her relevant to future business are as follows:
1. Creativity - The entrepreneur typically looks for ways of consistently re-inventing him/herself an his/her business to take advantage of opportunities.
2. Networking - While in today's corporate structure, the organogram specifies the chain of command, and managers have human resources. Leadership for the intrapreneurs will be expected to achieve results not within a command chain, but by influencing key decision makers and resources. Leadership for intrapreneur is not by position, it's by influence. Networking will be a critical tool to the success of organizations in the future. And the future is HERE.
3. Learning and Unlearning culture - Within many organizations, there is an already established way of doing things, called best practice. Managers are trained to be able to run these process exceptionally. In the future, business will need to learn at breakneck speeds, and unlearn equally as fast. The greatest obstacle to the assimilation of new knowledge is old knowledge. The average entrepreneur today learns to access results quickly, refine, modify and progress. Past successes or failures must not set limits or standards for the future.
4. The leaders of tomorrow's business are not afraid of committing to stretch targets. They are not afraid of failure; they are also not playing it safe! Today, entrepreneurs are perceived as crazy, daring and tough. They seemed to be comfortable with failing a few times if it brings success o the long run. Organizations that are too punitive of failure are not creating an environment for intrapreneurs to thrive. Increasing one's success rates requires increasing one's failure rate as well.

See you later.
