Cheap Personal Internet Service In Jos

Hello, please i need info on reliable and cheap internet service for personal use in Jos. It seems Starcomms and Multilinks do not work here.
Also, does MTN provide any internet service which can be used on a personal computer esp. laptop?

mtn is too exorbitant.go for celtel.when i was in jos september before coming to school i was able to use my celtel line to surf the net
