Banning Of Gold Circle Condom In Ghana,what Of In Nigeria?

I wonder how small Ghana could have conducted a research and found out Gold Circle condom to have failed all types of test. Nigerians are still and will continue to use it and guess thats whats escalating the rate of HIV infection.
