Victims Of Cystitis

Hi all,
Please help on any tips and facts you know about cystitis, its a very terrible disease and causes a whole lot of embarrasement.
The symptoms are frequent urination(up to about 60 times in 24 hrs) accompanied by pain pressure and spasms,it is caused by bacteria and very common in women. It happens to me frequently and i am trying to look for a long lasting solution though at the moment i take antibiotics.
Please send in your tips and suggestions on this thread and doctors please your solutions.
