I suddenly got thinking today.I mean it has not been easy at all as a Marketer with one of the financial Institutions in this country with the rife compitition prevailant in the sector. I must confess its not easy at all to work in the bank since your employers are mere slave drivers - you are givin targets that seems unrealizable,shredded and put under undue pressure everyday.And God help you if you don't meet your target by appriasal perioid.
My Doctor friend was telling me that according to medical research made on Bankers and their health,it was discovered that most of them are hypersentive even without knowing, i can't attest to the authenticity of this research,but all i can say is that the stress experienced by bankers is quite much.
To achieve your target you have to do all soughts of things which is i wont have to mention, so i ask?, is it really worth it?, Well,with the rate of unemployment in the country we don't have any choice or do we?
