I followed up this matter as well but not as you guys put it,Jim Iyke is not any way involved in this,i read the interview of the Ruth who is now into acting in Nollywood,all these happened in Planet 1 at Maryland,she was to star a film alongside with Emeka Ike and information reached Philip that Jim was sleeping with his wife in that said hotel and it happened coincidentally that when the man came to Nigeria that night,the first place he went was the hotel and it was past midnight,he came into the country unexpectedly on to call his wife's room and she came down to meet him and he also discovered that Jim Iyke was in that same hotel room,he pleaded with the woman that he wanted to go see who was in her hotel room but she refused,perhaps he ran into conclusion that Emeka Ike was sleeping with her.

But it should be noted that at this point in time,he was dating Ini Edo and the woman was aware,the truth is that he only used her to secure his green card which is yet to be given to him because Ruth said she was still thinking on wether or not to report him to  the FBI since she has proof over a telephone conversatiion the dude had with another woman in the States which he practically denied married Ruth.It was out of this frustration she relocated temporarily to Nigeria to join the nolywood as well as to get it even with Philip and supposedly sleeping with Emeka Iyke.
