What To Serve With Jolof?

i just got a recipe to make jolof rice but what's typical to prepare with it? i've cooked spanish/ american foods 4 my nigerian boyfriend and even let him taste french toast for the 1st time, which he liked too but i'd like to surprise him with a dish he's accustomed to. can anyone help me with a recipe? suggestions will be greatly appreciated
