Why don't Seun use Forum ID Address block to be banned not allow to be registered again instead of username on its forum administrative control panel?

I have seen lot of web-based administrative control panel that have feature to block ID Address instead of email address or other secured command.

Or install Bad Word/Curse filter software on your forum site to clean up any cursing words off forum message box, I do not know if it work for forum discussion sites. I have seen Bad Word/Curse filter software that only designated for email program, word document program and instant message program.
