Looking For Help With Actionscript In Flash

I'm using Flash mx, I would like to add a script to a button to (a) exit, and at the same time(b) insert a bookmark, is this possible?
Bear in mind that .swf file is going to be converted to .exe eventually,

Also I have a button which I would like to have call up a clank page which can be typed into and printed off, I had used javascript and html for this but it will only work from the html(ofcos) which is useless to me.
Please help anyone??
