don't worry much fellows, here is what u should think of.before tonight, we had never scored at Stamford Bridge under Rafa - tonight we scored TWICE. Before this season, we had never got a point away from home against the other Big 4 teams - we ended that hoodoo this season at the Bridge and then drew 1-1 at the Emirates. Before this season, we had never looked like a team capable of challenging Manchester United or Chelsea - now I think we're a lot closer: Torres - 31 goals in a debut season speaks for itself, Mascherano, only 23 and the best holding midfielder in the world, Skrtel, Babel and Lucas - all very promising players - i don't see why in a couple of years, Babel won't be a new John Barnes for Liverpool or be as devastating for us as Ronaldo is for the scummies
I can't wait for next season - if Rafa indeed has learnt his lesson about the negative impact of making 5/6 changes from one game to the next, I see nothing but green lights. Compare Rafa's first 4 years at Anfield with Fergie's first 4 years at Old Trafford, there's no question who's more successful. Fergie ws 1 game away from getting sacked in 1990 and look at what he's done with the club.
So, my message to all my fellow Reds fans who will be moping about another season with no new silverware to put on the mantelpiece is THINK POSITIVE!

it was a good game.but at the end of it all the own goal made the difference
i think the season was a good one
we should win more games next season too many draws destroyed our season.
man u lost 4 so do LIVERPOOL.
I think
Crouch should have been given more time to play.
we hope 4 a better season next time.

Hey sorry guys,my nternet had been acting up again!

We didn't deserve to go out honestly. We made Chelski look ordinary & save for the 94th minute(unbelievable) own goal in the 1st leg, the story would have been different.

I certainly agree ,the season was messed up by a number of things, including unnecessary draws & a bit of lack of character sometimes, but all-in -all I' confident we can only move in one direction now- UP  Smiley

Cheer up guys thats why our slogan will forever be :

What do u guys think about ALONSO'S performance this season
4 me i think LUCAS is playing better.Alonso is no more passing and he is too quiet,he no longer score goals
i think he is doing mascherano's job.
riise,harry and voronin should go.
what do u guys think?

I think Harry & Voronin but what replacement do we have if Aureilo is injured like now?
Riise also plays a midfield role and has techniques. I liked Rafa for starting him last week.
As 4 Alonso, I think he is still rusty from his long term injury. He needs more time, probably
he will be 100% come next season.

Torres needs a good strike partner because the pressure on him to score week in week out is much.

Harry should definitely go.

We need more aggressive strikers and full backs & a good replacement for Sktel incase he gets injured.

in my own opinion, it will be risky to sell alonso, we have to sell him only if we can get adequate and even bettr replacemnt. lucas is trying and it s also true that alonso has changed for the worse. i can remember the last time he gave out one of his trademark accurate longe-range passes. all this talk about gareth barry does'nt impress me.

or maybe we need an attacking defensive midfielder in the cambiasso mould.

i also  think we need a right back(rafinha of schalke looks very okay)

a left back. because we should sell riise fast.

and maybe an attacking midfielder.

don't u think martins can play a better role in dirk kuyt's position in our 4-2-3--1 formation.

i agree we need more match winners. attacking wing-backs will do.

Long time guys. Its a pity my job has taken me to an area without Network coverage and kept me out of these boards. What can I say, " I LOVE THIS CLUB". Dont get me weong, I'm clearly devastated but on the bright side, we've got some great players in this side.
We need to clear out players like Riise ( Insua could take over, the boy's a gem), Voronin (just go, pleease), Finnan (Past it), Kewell (Sick Child) and Alonso (Lost it-enter Gareth Barry). I'd hate to see Crouchie go BUT with a 15 million pound price tag, we could bring in another star striker/winger.

I think Kuyts fine. Babel puzzles me- You like him, then you almost curse him!!

That said, I think the young Reds in reserves are simply spectacular having watched some of their games on LFC Tv. They ended the season with a Treble!! after beating Aston Villa (plus Harewod) 3-0! A guy stands out Kristzian Nemeth. The boy reminds me of Torres, looks and skill!!!

Other rising stars are; Nabil Elzhar, Huth, Pacheco, Insua and of course Plessis.

With the right signings, we'll set our hands on a lot in the future Mark these words.

P.S: Who gives a shite if Chelsea won with an own goal and a penalty? They'll never measure up to Liverpool in style, class, success, fame, trophies, history, glamour and fans, can they?

SKRTEL IS THE BEST AND BRAVEST DEFENDER IN THE WORLD AND HE SCARES ME

I honestly agree,Martins has the kind of aggression ,possibly only mascherano/kuyt exhibit,we do need that bit of grit.

i still don't like barry. he is okay, but we have lucas and plessis. i still prefer alonso, he may be dippin in  form but he is still a better player compared tp barry.

i thought i was the only one who noticed nemeth, he can take voronin's place on the bench. the boy is just so impressive, he only needs to get stronger physically.

other impressives in the reserve include pacheco, bruna, jordy brouwer and san jose. i hope rafa will look inwards  and give these guys a chance.

Rafa has signed some quality players but he's also signed some obvious dross. Players that even a blind man would have known would not ever be good enough for a team trying to compete for the premiership crown.

Players like:

Josemi
Nunez
Voronin
Bellamy
Levia
Benayoun
Itandje
Zenden

All managers sign players that don't make the grade for various reasons but the players above are barely good enough for an average side never mind a team like Liverpool

Can someone explain what the logic is in signing such average players?
They aren't good enough as squad players,  they aren't better than most of the dross we have got rid of over the years,

Can someone just explain it to me?

We're tired of playing second fiddle, out of the Big 4 ONLY Liverpool FC's yet to taste premiership glory !

Our seemingly unattainable number of league wins could be equalled by MANURE if they retain the league again,so premiership or . . . . . . . .

i don't know if u are liverpool fan, but tell which manager has'nt made mistakes in the transfer market. arsene wenger for instance in known as the sharpest man in the transfer market, but he still signed  players like hoyte, baptista, sidwell and co.

u even make me laugh,
why include voronin. who inspired the 8 nil bashing of besiktas. VORONIN.
i remember during our pre-season, many thought voronin would be the signing of the year.
don't get me wrong, i'm not a fan of his(voronin) but i always try to think straight.

lucas leiva is an average player?( na wetin vex me pass be this). a player that won a very coveted award in south america. this same award had been previously won by the likes of kaka, maradona and ronaldo.

and benayoun, more than 11 goals from the bench and mostly when playin as a winger. 2 hatricks. if benayoun is an average player, then u are an average head!

every goalie concedes goals, itandge is only human, i watched him. he is very kay, i get it now, u are blaming him for our carling and f.a cup exit abi?

as u  don't make your own m mistakes, LET IT BE KNOWN THAT IN THE GAME OF FOOTBALL, WE HAVE INEXPERIENCED MANAGERS, INEXPERIENCED PLAYERS AND OF COURSE INEXPERIENCED SOCCER FANS!
