Criteria For Hsmp

HSMP Criteria
Essentially, in order to make a successful application, individuals are required to score a minimum of 75 points from the categories shown below:

Qualifications (including an MBA provision);
Previous earnings;
UK experience
Age
AND demonstrate:

English language ability (an IELTS score of at least 6 OR a degree course recognised in the UK that was taught in English language);
An intention to work and reside in the UK;
That they have the ability to support themselves in the UK without recourse to Public Funds (benefits) in the UK
Please note that the Home Office have promoted the fact that they are to be very strict on the type and nature of documents submitted. Non compliance with the requirements will mean a high chance of refusal.
