@poster, i feel yourpain . Am not a medical doctor and neither am I a 'spiritualist' but I have gone through a slightly similar experience, though mine lasted a few nights. The first thing I did was visit my doctor who prescribed some drugs that mainly made me relax and slept very soundly every night for a week after which I stopped.  Also, I made sure I invested in christian literature, and of course the bible, where I read about God's promises for my life.  I also got closer to my pastor who kept a tab on me and of course I spent more time in personal prayers. Bible says we should not be unaware of the device of the enemy, therefore I say move closer to God. If you believe in 'deliverance', arrange for one to be done for you. Also, try and deliberately occupy your mind/thoughts with other things, think life, think health, think soundness of mind.Let your thoughts be filled with the word of God and if such evil imaginations come again, nullify them with the word of God. Remember,  God's thoughts towards you are of good and not evil. It is also written that 'surely they will gather together, but not by me (says the Lord), as many as gather together against you shall fall for your sake. Relax, brother, God is in control. Cheers.

P.S: It is also important to inform your parents, they may know something you do not know, understand?

It's a medical problem and you need to see a mental health specialist .  The drugs these days are very good.

Please let us reason with one another here.  I really will like to help you by contributing with some helpful tips.  But first things first.

Please kindly state which country and state you currently reside in so I can quietly relocate for you and your entire family!  I will gladly leave everything for you so you can get the help you need.  But  Ermmmmmm, in as much as I would want to sympathize with you--I have to consider my personal safety first.  I can email you with advice later.

Now you are making me feel bad.  But don't you think that if someone had this kind of a problem the person should go to a specialist instead of coming to Nairaland.  By the way where are all the "spiritualists" on Nairaland when we need them the most?

We learn a lot ffrom forums like this.Who would have believed that I will be using Nairaland for advise on which stocks to invest in.While many people on nairaland are faceless I can assure you that many of these people are specialists in many fields.

I think Nairaland is a good place to bring your problems as long as you remain annonymous.You never know where the solution is!
