Any Opinions On Igi Dividend Plus Plan?

Someone has been trying to sell this IGI Dividend Plus Plan to me and all the 'benefits'

Its supposed to be a long-term investment where you can make monthly/quarterly and later recoup part of the money or even secure loans based on one's contributions.

So any views/opinions on this type of investment plan provided by this insurance firm?
