Is The Friend You Hang Out With Your True Friend.

What really makes someone a true friend.When i was in school i use to have a lot of friends but now just one or two really call.Those i thought back then that will be useful to me have disappeared.I want to know if theres really a true friend or do you believe in "friends come friends go"

True friends have different meanings.

To some, true friends are those who think about you always, even when they don't show it. They love you soo much, but time/condition doens't enable em show it.

Actually, i think true friends are friends, that always have you in their hearts. Those people that call u all the time,  checking on u, and always "being arround",  aren't necessarily your true friends. They could sometimes be pests. SO just because someone calls u alot,  and hangs arround u alot, is no reason for you to think they r your true friends. They could just be in disguise. It's kind of hard to tell a true friend. But a true friend will always know s/he is your true friend. Does that make any sense? 
It's kind of like, you having abest friend, but that your best friend has another best friend,  u know like,  U aren't his/her best friend. But s/he is ur own best friend.

i don't have bestfriend

yea,i wasn once had a best friend,but now she aint pseaking again,
am not too good with friends when i trust them they let me down

yea,that's cool but i have many best friends on nairaland
