Probably because they don't want to give birth to short children. The average woman is not tall therefore, marrying a short man will result in a massive production of dwarfs as children.
On the second hand, some women wrongly believe that IT is proportional to height.
I can't think of any other reason. Maybe the babes will help you out.

Rich olly probably said it riight, the average woman isn't so tall, so therefore, she wants a tall man so her kids can be At least tall.
Then again, you (short guys) still have hope, because some ladies like short guys.

Guys who date short girls should always be very careful because they always feel cheated in everything, are hot tempered and hardly forgive any wrong done to them.
On the other hand, it is economical to date or marry a short woman because wears will be very cheaper. Atleast, a yard of clothe will be able make a skirt, blouse and headtie for a short lady.

Peoples mentality differs in everytin. well it all depends on what anybody want in life. Everybody has freedom of xpression especially issues like this most of us will see as critical in life. A woman who wounld have been in love with me complained that i have a limited hieght. What i think matters in life is happy life.But i wonder how to measure the height of a man. I think the height of a man is how powerful in everything & how responsible he is. I also think the hieght of a man is being measured by his intelligence. But at least he has to be good looking & able to mess HELL OUT OF U when it comes to that. I am more than 5ft yet mrs.Sowerberry (i mean a very tall lady) said i am too short for her. I at her. Short people also give birth to tall people i have seen that. some of my brothers are too tall,so don't u think that gene of tallness is in me? I think some times what most people need is not known to them so they begin go for what they cannot get. Take for instance u need a tall guy,handsome but Dubious and heartless or is a womaniser or highly irresponsible as a man, will u capitalise on the height an go ahead to marry him just because u are crazy about height? Height is good,handsome is good,but should not be the basis in quest for our happiness |

Most American ladies are short. And most of them prefer tall men. The impression of basketballers, American footballers and tall actors have informed their lust for tall men. But in Nigeria, our ladies prefer rich short men that most ladies will not find attractive. Because, most tall handsome men are playboys. I am tall and I am most popular with Nigerian models. But, what matters most is not how tall you are, but how beneficial. Nigerian ladies love beneficial men, regardless of the height. Western ladies have been influenced by their romantic novels of the tall dark Prince Charming. IBB is not tall. Obasanjo is not tall. Abacha was not tall. But they all married beautiful women. I know a short Nigerian lady who has been looking for a tall man to marry for over 10 years now. And the tall men don't want to marry her. Generally, the society does not favour short people. And this is not fair. I date both short and tall ladies. Just have nice legs and upright bosom  . The rest is history. Happy Easter Sunday. Goodnight. |
