Please help me out. I hv a p3, 512mb system and it is too slow for playin games. Should i boost d 512 ram or buy a p4 board?

what sort of games do you play? mario or the likes of NFS? or cryssis? if its mario, i'ld advice you to get a P4 as u want or better still, for better performance, do a total upgrade.

Guy, you just told us that you have p3 512 but you didn't tell us the speed of your PROCESSOR. Or don't you know that that also really matters most. Because you said p3 and the p3 you have may be p3 450MZ or p3 1.2GZ. So, tell us and let's know what next,

Dude,the speed of ur processor is an important factor.if u are using a 1.2ghz processor,i'll advice you to check ur task manager or get a graphics card of say 64-128mb.if ur processor is within d 450-933mhz range,get a p4.kapish¡

I am having the same problems, I use to play WE 11 and football manager 2007 but the motion for the WE is somehow slow and the football manager drags and takes for ever to load sometimes, i have tried all i could but i just have to deleted the WE.Someone mention about graphic card,please how i do i locate where and what type of Graphic Card i am having on my system?
This is my system config, P4 2.4Ghtz,512Mb
