aw, kpele, see i know of an application that's called "AnyDVD". it is said it lets u play all kinds of DVDs, i never use am before o, so if e no work, i no follow. kind of busy filling requests somewhere else, but soon as i'm done i'll post the application for u.  |

my sister's portable DVD player does not play some disc so i do some test figures the one it does not play are the pirated ones which some DVD Players even reject so it might not be your system maybe you should carry out a test get some original DVD discs and some pirated then do the analysis if sympton persists please see a doctor (computer engineer)

Come!!! This DvD stuff is too complex, i think one should just go with the regular Dvd player and forgrt about portables and ROMs

You may need to replace it for another.I think the lens might be weak,hence it finds it difficult to see some cds.It is also responsible for hanging the system.
