At a time when reggae/dancehall music was fading out,Timaya came with his off-the-hook album.HE redefined dancehall and rescued it from a collosal downfall.HIS ALBUM WAS SAID TO HAVE SOLD MORE THAN 1M COPIES.It is very difficult to compare the two because C hina has been in the game for a long time.African China has proven himself,although not that much.We need to give Timaya more time to show if he is destined for the top or his acheivment is just a flash in the pan.But truly the guy is hot.

Jeeeeeezzz ! ! ! OMG ! !  African China is good but TIMAYA rocss like madddddddddd for real. Timaya is a raw talent and has a way wit his unique voice. From his Album to recent collabos like ehmmm . . . a track wit Frank Di nero and another one with J martins along side P Square. If you haven't heard 'em then i will have to upload them for you much later. Trust me Timaya is really on fire.

As an adent music listener & critic . . . .
I would say . . .TIMAYA .
Why, The brother is pretty new to limelight but . . .you can't not question his vocal prowess coming from the backwaters of the NaijaDelta and all.
His adlibs are phenomenal and his dancehall/reggae/AJ-street style will definitely set (a the least) a part of your body rocking to his tune . . .whenever . . .Wherever.
China also has great talent BUT i think he forgot most of it back in the UK when he went visiting.don't hate the player . . .hate the GAME

African China has been dubbed “the voice of the Nigerian masses” and from his lyrics, he represent the modern day Fela Kuti, who was well known for representing the poor masses of Nigeria, he also bagged the award as the best Reggae/dancehall act in Nigeria 2007 but he is still the current king of dancehall from Nigeria. U will feel it there
26th and 28th, of sepember 08'' African China will be performing at the Holy Trinity, in onisha eastern part of Nigeria.
On the 30th of September 08'' African China will be performing in Abuja for the bear festival, venune is old parade ground Abuja
