1)Good first degree or HND in accounting
2)ICAN & ACA -qualified
3)Above 10 years post ACA qualifiction experience in
     a)Treasury & Cash management
     b)Financial Accounting,Management Accounting & Tax
     c)Corporate planning,budgeting and budgetary control
