‘Had I known’ is an after thought A late comer And a product of mistake
It gives a better option When the deed is already done A clearer reasoning when paying for mistakes done It is medicine after death
‘Had I know’ is a friend to sorrow An off spring of regret Remaining in it is remaining in the past Because its options makes no difference
It cannot correct the past but the future The deed done cannot be reversed Remaining in it will dim the future That should be corrected
