@rof-lmao - pointless post!!!
I disagree! It help to once again expose to the people an devastating habit of, not all, but a great deal of the western media.
@Hero, Have you checked your own papers re OBJ and the 3rd term possibility? should I say the papers that are published in Nigeria?
Thanks for responding to my post! Now I have checked some US papers on this issue and upon doing so, found several falsified remarks in them as well, yet this nation is a western nation and thus, as I stated,
"the western media attempts to degrade the integrity of Africa and its people". WHAT DA PROBLEM IS?
Oh I forgot you don't complain about such issue's when your paper prints them, but when a UK news agency replicates articles from your own paper it a problem. TWIN STANDARDS!!!
Well, I did say western media, and like I stated priorly, this nation is in the western world.
Who printed the story first?

Yet another "the western world this, the western world that" nonsense! Do you ever get tired of complaining and blaming? Racial hatred is a evil force that I'm my opinion is getting worse, comments like yours only fuel such hatred. The day you realise that not every body is the same, and skin colour means nothing will be the day you become a responsible and mature man.
I couldn't care any less about who started the lies first, but when dealing with a lie it makes no difference, and if in fact the BBC got the lie from a US source, then it further proves my point of that the western media is not as credible as folks like to believe they are, in that they always falsify information, use non credible sources and spread it around like it was the gospel truth. Racism can't be gotten rid of by sweeping it under the rug, it must be exposed and dealt with right out in the open. I never said everybody was the same, but I did say "a good many European", which is a truthful statement IMO. Seek the truth and you'll see the light, hide from it and you'll only see darkness in your existence.
Re the main topic, I arrived Nigeria (Effurun) in 1998, I wont go into my first thoughts of Nigeria but as a whole Nigeria has come on heaps and bounds since. Can OBJ be credited for everything? I don't know. I think OBJ is trying very hard for his people. If there were more people as committed as OBJ Nigeria would be one of the nicest places in Africa. My fear is that the predecessor of OBJ will push the country backwards due to greed and wealth distribution. The best is yet to come in nigeria and I'm pprivileged to be here witnessing everything. Good luck to all.
I agree!
