u are right shola, the thing basically is if anyone wants the name of the coy to be on your CV, then u can go there. thats if u didnt get sacked ooops! imagine someone who gave them a months notice of resignation, she was sacked 3 days to the expiration of the 30days. what a life! but they are a very rich company and they pay wella. Huh

point of correction, they don't pay well.i just got a job there and am already thinking of resigning.that is not the kind of ideal job i have been praying for.there is no closing time and you can be sacked anything.no job security.i don't advise anybody to even bother applying.its not worth it.they just have name.

well when you people don't do your job, definitely you will be sacked !!  Huh is as simple as that, and mind you they do pay top Naira ( they pay well) so you greedy employees need to go look for another job, maybe your mouth is too wide and your eyes are way too greedy. Pissed ! Diya & Co is a great company to work for, i have two friends working there and they are on top of the world !!!! Tongue

@yemz im sure you are one of the perpretrators of evil at DF&Co. Townplan was absolutely right when he mentioned CN and Mr. Diya. I must say im surprised that you people still have your heartless stand in running a business. I worked at DF & Co for a couple of years and i know them inside out. They are as mean as hell. Any one who advises you not to think of applying there is giving you the best advice in the world that can give you happiness and peace of mind. That they don't pay well is a fact even compared to all the Estate Mgt Coys in Nigeria despite all their bragging.  abegggggggggg!!! Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

There treatment of staff is worse - they are slave drivers and they expect you to boothlick their asses. They expect that once they promote you then you should turn to monster. I saw lots of managers turn against their colleages and the coy in turn booting them out in shame!!!

Abeg at yemz please keep you mouth in the trash because you've got no good words coming out from them regarding this issue.

Choa!!!

Wow!!!!

Some kind of daunting revelations!!! I never knew the company has a bad employee reputation. getting caged while at work and getting your rights ridden upon is another sort of slavery work,

Do you mind? Some don't if it involve paying them as long as they lay their hands on it but be WARNED!!!!
