How Do I Certify Copies Of My Credentials?

Hi Nairalanders,
please I need some info about how to certify the copies of my Documents. I will be sending my applications Overseas and I am being asked for Officially Certified copies of my Passport and Credentials. So please anybody with useful tips should mail me timbahama@yahoo.com.  I will BE VERY GRATEFUL. THANKS
