You have to review the reasons why you broke-up in the first place, if it is worth giving him a second chance, please do- if not move on babes!!!
You have to stop all forms of communiction with him if u want to move on, at least for the first 6 months of breaking up, that is for your own sanity.
I'm in the same situation as you are and don't feel you have to start a new relationship just to get over him.

You still love your man ‘former’ I mean; did you discourse this problem and make him see how serious you are? Maybe he never knew you were serious; now he has realized what he was toying with.
