Please don't damage Inspired_m's reputation he truly has a different style of sale and marketing.
However for the sake of nairalanders it would just be good if we all see as the negotiations go on. It gives the sellers and buyers better bargaining positions.
Inspired_m we plead with you, would u consider changing your methodology? I have verbally introduced two persons to this forum and made sales because I had the full information available in the forum.
I am of the opinion that personal contact should be initiated when u have gotten to an advanced stage of making a sale, like when it involves final negotiations and bank details, I may be wrong but just kindly give it a thot
