I want to know if i can use a mercury board computer system to actually produce music.

WHY NOT! You can you mercury clone system for music production, the factor to put into consideration is the processor speed and Ram. I think you need atleast 512 ram.

For music production on your computer, you need at least:

  • 512MB or higher RAM
  • 25-200GB hard disk drive
  • better quality of graphic/video card
  • newer processor/CPU version like Pentium 4-Socket 423 or 478, AMD-Socket 7 or Intel-Socket 7. Be aware Celeron and Pentium 3 will soon discontinued producing no more. Start new Celeron D. between 233Mhz to higher. Please refer to your motherboard user manual book tells you which one

Because it consumes lot of hard disk drive space and memory space EATTING UP system performance slower!!!

Same with video production at above!!!!
