Business / Re: What To Do With Your Millions by Okontami: 1:52pm On Oct 02, 2012
Thanks Bro, other people's business i have seen so far have not been really constructive. In my 8years of working, i have worked as a risk manager, and presently a business manager and consultant to several multinationals. The issue i have is, i easily see flaws in a lot of proposals people give to me. Most people do not really think thru their business plans. They rely on God in their presentations. My training focus more on realistic paper work and mitigation to key risks, this i do not see often.
Business / What To Do With Your Millions by Okontami: 9:31am On Oct 02, 2012
Good morning guys, I was in the book section at the store yesterday night and I saw more than 60 different types of books on "How to become a millionaire". But didn't see any on what to do with the millions when you have made it. Its not my fault that I may not be enterprising (have business ideas). Treasury bills and other money market product, yes I do, but what else can one do.

Alas, we sharp guys know, and shut the thrash out. Its their greed and wanting to eat and still have the cake. Thats how the break up occurs.

Romance / Re: Should I Let Her Do It????? by Okontami: 10:38am On Sep 26, 2012
@Poster, please respect her and allow her to pursue her dreams. Today, i have my regrets.10years ago while still dating my wife, she was the cover of a very popular Naija magazine and i was so angry, she started receiving calls day and night. She was also called into broadcasting and due to my insecurity and inferiority complex i stopped her. Because of the love she has for me, she gave up her dream of being a super model and the face of TV in Naija. She continued with her career as a petroleum engineer . Today, she has a job that pays seven zero figures per year, yet she is not fulfilled. When i think about how she gave up her dream for love, i always feel very selfish. 10 years after, the pain is still there and with being the project lead for her company, she is very much unfulfilled in her evaluation of her self. Its presently too late for her to go back, but please don't regret like me. Please allow her to shine, all professions have their rule of engagements, this is just one of them. Once she is trust worthy, encourage her and be there for her. May God help you.

Family / Re: Should I Cheat On Him? by Okontami: 5:50pm On Sep 24, 2012
@Poster, why are you here telling us of what your intentions had been since day one you married him?? You have missed fu*cking different di*cks abi. So, that you man is cheating means you should cheat back to strike back?? In fact you are in for regrets. You will become an object of ridicule by the time you start. A lot of guys will not reject helping you out with your decision, but they will surely discuss you among their peers and you will be more miserable than you are right now. What does your moral tell you (Madam Prost*itu*te), what does your religion tell you (Madam Sl*ut), where did you learn this?? Did you learn this from your mother?? Is she your role model?? If she is not your role model, why not confide in her and discuss this with her and tell her that you want to become a public dog because your husband is cheating on you and hear what she has to say? Dont forget that your room in your father's house is currently being occupied by someone else, but if you want to go back become a free for all. I have at least 50 guys that will be interested in firing your dirty punanny. Oloshi
Romance / Re: Should I Marry My African American Girlfriend? by Okontami: 5:35pm On Sep 24, 2012
@Bobdon, what is your mind telling you, try to be truthful to yourself. Ask your self the following questions:
1) Do i really love this Lady
2) Can i cope with her and her excesses
3) Do i want to spend the rest of my life with her
4) Can she also be there for me
5) Am i being selfish
6) What values have i added to this lady's life
7) What values has she added to me

Ask your self heart probing questions and make sure you are not being selfish about your decisions. Most time we make up our mind based on the fact that we are not seeing light at the end of the tunnel with our partners, while a little heart to heart discussion would have solved the problem. Please don't take hasty decisions. But come to think of it....Why are men so wicked and heartless? When she was helping you with your immigration status, she was heaven on heart to you??, when you were busy ban*ging her right , front , back , mouth and center she was everything to you. Now you are making small change she has suddenly become someone that does not imbibe the Nigerian core values. Were you daft when you first approached her. Guy, don't get me angry.

Discuss, heart to heart with her. Let her know your core values and aspirations. Guide her too and you will see that you guys will be happy.

sexkillz: I am tired of the redundant topics. It seems you whining lot are not meeting your targeted audience, hence the need for you to recycle the dumb generalization enshrouded topics all the time on this section.

Why not get a megaphone and go stand at the market places and scream at them to your hearts content? Spare us the rubbish and be more creative!
Hey Killz, lets discuss the topic and not the situation around the topic or motives. Well this is my submission " I will want to conclude that most relationship have no values added. Since most people can not constructively state just 3 values they are adding to their partners. Most relationships is money for pus.sie. Its so unfortunate that most people are parasites, low lives, who see their partners as a means to an end. The Focus is " give me money", "pay my bills", "take me out", "let's go clubbing", " my school fees", "my house rent", "my siblings need doe", "my mum is sick", "let's go on a holiday", "buy me the latest accessories and gadgets" and in return all that can be paid back is with sex. We need to watch it. Naija people, we must not continue this way. Its so pathetic, shameful, and disheartening."

Romance / Re: Is She Two Timing? by Okontami: 5:42pm On Sep 20, 2012
@OP, The truth is that she is dating another person. And you need to address the issue head on to get the fact. She does not want to be caught. If you want to know the truth. Kindly investigate properly and see how you can get your facts. Until you catch her red handed she will not open up to you and she will not care walking away. What she is currently doing is to eat her cake and also have it. She doesn't want to loose you and also don't want you to be the one to dump her. She prefers to be the one to dump you like thrash, so the earlier the better you address this situation by being very straight with her. List thought provoking questions that you will ask her and confront her without recourse to your heart or emotions. Use your brain to ask these questions. Get your facts and if need be, attempt to want to chase away the intruder and see what her reactions will be. Well if the other dude is very nice to her, you have lost her, but if the guy is just chop and clean mouth , you still have your girl's remnants to feed on.

Please this is a wake up call, if you have slums, or walk around slums, eye sores. Please Snap them and post on youtube , Naira land and other social media sites. Its time the world know that its only 30% of us that patronize game, Shop rite, Spar, Eko hotel, Sheraton, Silverbird galleria. Please let the world know the true state of our lives.

To start with, for those who have terrible bathrooms and sewage systems, gutters, please start to post. Naija, truly suffering and smiling

Its so pathetic that you guys are not smart enough to add value to a post, but are quick to point out irrelevances. Please, I beg you and others, when people post, you read it and you observe that you are too empty to add value to the post constructively. Please overlook the thread and move on.
