As a self-professed controller of time, would Willow Smith turn back the clock to before she posted her latest controversial picture?

There’s no telling, but the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith has ruffled feathers yet again.

The Instagram photo of the 14-year-old star shows her sporting a long sleeved T-shirt depicting a topless woman, captioned: ‘#Vfiles #willowsmith’.

This isn’t the first controversial picture to cause spark an outcry.

The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services are said to have questioned the 13-year-old star and her parents twice after a photograph emerged in May last year of Willow lying on a bed with the topless 20-year-old actor.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Willow was questioned on two separate occasions by social workers from Child Protective Services. Once in the presence of her parents, and the second time, Willow was alone with the social workers.

Reality star Kim Kardashian has become the most followed person on Instagram by surpassing Justin Bieber, after he lost more than 3.5 million followers in a fake follower purge.

Bieber, 20, originally had 23.8 million followers, which went down to 20.3 million losing his first place to the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian’ star and is now on third place after the singer Beyonce Knowles, reported Ace Showbiz. Kardashian, 34, also lost around 1.3 million followers after the purge, closing the day at 22.2 million followers.

Knowles also lost around 866,000 followers and is currently on second place with 21.4 million followers. Other celebrities who has a large number of followers on Instagram includes Akon, Tyga, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Selena Gomez and P Diddy.

The event was hosted by Pule and J Boboza. Poet and writer Macc Manaka opened the show with a live performance.
