Wasn't impressed! I understand he's under a lot of pressure though because of the question on everyones lips as well as the recent turn of events. For that, I'll let it slide because there's no arguing his creativity, that's stamped! But DJ needs to come harder next time, if anything, this should put him in the right mindset from hereon. I like what someone up there said about him getting other producers to make beats just to make his work more rounded.and what's with people having a go at eachother, is it wrong to have an opinion?

All in all I give it a 6/10

DJ can do better.

why do people have to drag tribalism into every single thing in nigeria?
not all the churches there are run by ibo people and just so you know, im not ibo, but i think its ignorant and insulting to tar every body with the same brush. This kind of mentality is the main reason we cant work cohesively as a country. We all need to go back to the drawing board and rethink our approach towards our nationality.

shymmex: Nigerians are crazy people - keep blaming the parents... If the shyte hole called Nigeria didn't drive these parents, who wanted better lives for their kids into exile - these boys won't be in the situation they're in right now..

What can the parents do?? Most parents our here work VERY hard, to pay bills, tax, and look after their kids - but it's not as easy as you guys think. Parents work round the clock most times, and are never at home. These kids grew up around gang members, and drug dealers - and they're enticed from a young age... It's different out here, if you are raised in a council flat.. You've to form a bond with all the 'yutes' you grew up with - because everywhere is territorial.. That's the only way you won't get bullied, and probably fend for yourself without depending on your parents..

One other thing most people don't know is that, most Nigerian kids out here were raised in broken homes - where the Dad is either absent, or around, but don't play active roles in the lives of their kids... Naija mums in the UK are BLACK QUEENS, trust me - and you can't blame them, because most of them break their backs everyday doing odd jobs, to cater for their kids... The system is just phucked up, and the thieving bastards in the shyte hole called Nigeria - have also destroyed their home country..

It's easy for you guys to come on the internet and post silly comments - but please do a thorough research before posting your ignorance...
pfft..that argument doesnt hold any water man. parents dont have to be around their kids 24/7 to instil decent values in them. someone has to be responsible, leave them with the neighbour or make them join the youth clubs if its really that bad. you cant pin this one on the Nigerian govt. nobody send dem go born pikin! do you know how many successfull Nigerians hawked things back in the day after school just to support their mums? why didnt those ones start stabbing or carry guns?..or do you think the environment the UK is worse? broken homes are as a result of irresponsible parents - standard! and if you are a single parent you just have to devise a strategy to handle your child based on the environment he/she is growing up in.

@ op - i saw the news on the evening papers a few hours ago, fear catch me. kept scrolling through the names and the Nigerian ones kept sticking out. turns out the head honcho is some 18 year old girl or something like that. Nigerian from a broken home. the UK will continue having these problems with these kids because they dont value the luxury they have like free schools and other schemes provided for them free of charge..you walk the streets and you see sum 'agric' pikin like 14 years old almost 6ft, giving you dirty looks like they know you. makes me miss 9ja..one konk go rearrange the face. its a shame really, its only getting worse...rant over abeg..

Scash: There are open questions and there are OPEN questions. Personally, I admit I'm nt good at starting conversations with guys I'm not close to, so I usually wait for them to take the lead... But some guys, jeez! Wen dey ask some questions one word ansas wld even be too much, I don't ansa at all
There was I guy I usd to knw. His questns r plain irritatin 'u'v eaten what did u eat' and maybe I say 'rice'. He'd be like 'Woowww!! Rice! (as if rice was one food thrown down from saturn), den he'l start really pestering u on his own share (that's his own idea of a joke)
So wen he asks questns like that, I just ignore him... Cos we'd go thru d same boring conversatn again...

And I don't tink dt makes me rude or a snob

Hmm no I can't blame you for that 1..I should point out though, he's obviously nervous and trying to crack the ice but can only resort to crimge worthy lines like 'when will I get my own rice'..been there before tbh and from a lot of guys I know, I can tell its a common problem..I handle it by picturing myself talking to the girl and we're both laughing, I then reassure myself that its not a biggie, if she's not interested, I wouldn't sweat it.done! I go there and everything falls in line..most times and if I can't cut it, no shakes walk away like its nothing, guys need to know that every guy(including that one you think is perfect, yes, him!), gets rejected at some point, if you can handle that then you can walk up to any chick and chances are, because you appear more confident and 'your-self', you are more likely to come off successful.

hmmm its annoying. ive had it happen to me a few times. personally, i just brush it off and move on (assuming its from a toasting perspective), no b by force. but on a date, ill just bluntly tell her to liven up o, again, no b by force, if she's being stuck up, shove her to 1 corner abeg and clear road for someone that actually appreciates your company. im not trying to start anything but i find that mostly black girls display this attitude, then again there are a few that are to die for, and feel the same about you. those are the ones you go for mate!

whatever gfx software you have, go on youtube and learn from vid tutorials..another good source is psdtuts.com keep goin at it and in a months time you'll look back and laugh at your old stuff. the best way to learn is by yourself, alot of techniques will be discovered by mistake whereas with taking directions, you produce expected results without exploring other areas.

My brother, let me explain it to you. Thank God you even acknowledged that the boko haram guys drive bomb-laden cars. Those cars move from point to point, ie for instance from their(boko haram) offices/stations to designated points where they plan to blow up. Now, those cars are driven on the road right? Yes! They pass check points right? Yes! The soldiers & policemen at these check points are only humans & can't offload all of the luggages in cars to detect bombs because in some cases the bombs might be so very tiny that human beings might not even see them. These dogs are a special select breed that come into play here, they smell these bombs no matter how hidden or no matter how small & they alert their holders (the soldiers & policemen at the checkpoints) & now the soldiers & policemen could now check for themselves if truly there are bombs being carried by these people. Which means these people would most likely be apprehended before they move these bombs of theirs from town to town because they must pass checkpoints.
Now in the case of a one man terrorist, see this scenario for instance : a hall full of people & as innocent as people would be,no one can tell who in the room is a terrorist wired in bombs but if these dogs are in such places for instance, they drag their holders (the security agents) right to the person carrying these bombs. You see how it works?

Dude, you're a legend! thanks for explaining. am I the only one tired of our unpatriotic spirit in Nigeria?
we are definitely far from perfect but we will NEVER move forward if we damn any progressive initiative people around us or the government bring forward. I don't think you will appreciate this until you have seen specially trained dogs in action. they are easily replaceable, relatively cheap, highly efficient and loyal. granted, it wont stop boko haram but it will reduce their mobility big time! the worst thing that could happen is having a gun fight break out when terrorists have been sniffed out and chances are, this will be in situations where bombers are en route to drop the bombs as the guy above described. that way, you know civilian casualties will be minimised. personally, i would suggest the military acquire EMP generators (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_pulse) to be able to stop detonations for a limited time (when they are about to search a suspect or a suspected item). that, coupled with the canine units should reduce attacks heavily.

personally i don't like the rounded edges...makes everything look clunky. thats retro style man..look at google plus and Facebook or leading forums in general..sharp edged spaces emphasise the minimalist look, which is what i think you were going for. i like the centralised layout though..that will catch on quickly even though im still getting used to it. i also think you used too many colours. NL is content driven, with that in mind, most visual elemnets should be neutral in terms of colour and shape(as any other thing would disrupt the user exp. we have come to know and love)...two areas which i think should have been left untouched.
