Yes, you can use any other meat, but when it comes to soups, you don’t just use any meat. If you want meat that would influence the taste of your soup, use goat meat. If you want meat that the soup would influence its taste, use cow leg/head. For soups like this (oha, okazi, ofe owere), I advise cowleg. That way its original taste remains.

Lol. It is a soup, I guess the song made it more popular. I can take out the snail, you wouldn’t even know it was there. grin
Wow. Learnt something.
Pls is chicken/turkey an influencer for soup/stew?

can you allow a serial rapist or killer to babysit your kid in your absence?

that is what you should ask your self about erriga

will I allow erriga a self proclaimed cultist and a drug peddler to chaperone my kid in my absence?

I can only speak on price not volume. And the thing with price is that its location dependent. All these prices are higher than what I’m paying here, except for the cement.

Good luck on your project.

OK. Thank you.

Oga n3xt, considering the small size area of the building due to the land 40x100, and there's small sand for sandfilling on site, I've informed him of change from 12mm to 16mm, let him proceed and deliver what he promised. I have 2 weeks with him.

That’s the obi we’re talking about.
It's a foundation to decking level, excluding the decking itself, on a 40x100 piece of solid high ground.

I will ask for clarification on the soft sand part.

I want to know if materials listed are what are needed and OK.

tonididdy:
Hi NLanders and Engineers.
Good evening.
this structure was built in December 2019.
I noticed the room is always moisty,
When the room windows and door is shut... The glass sweat from inside.
Now it's the roofing(decking), just this part of the decking.
The room is well ventilated but since no occupant the windows and doors are always shut.

Above the decking is completely tiled and two brand new water tanks are sitting untop.

What could this imply?
You should have used a waterproofing material before tiling. Water is seeping through the tiles and soaking the decking.
You can still drop the tanks, and waterproof it though.
