Location: A Residential Zone in a Residential Estate in the Ikeja Axis of Lagos

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the estate. The Admin Officer will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing residents' requests and complaints, coordinating with contractors and service providers, maintaining records, managing finances, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the estate.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage residents' requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service
 Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of the estate's facilities and infrastructure
 Maintain accurate records of resident information, property inventory, and financial transactions
 Manage the estate's finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and bill payment
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies
 Serve as a liaison between the estate's management and the residents, communicating important information and updates as needed
 Plan and execute community events and activities that promote a sense of community and engagement among residents
 Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the estate
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree or HND in business administration, management, or a related field
 At least two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
 Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to property management and real estate
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
Remuneration: N90,000 - N150,000 Monthly
