Ingredients:

Soya beans seeds
Unripe plantain
Crayfish
Peanut

PROCEDURE:

1) Using a completely dried pot or frying pan, stir fry the soya beans till they start turning slightly brown (make sure you pick away dirts, stones and bad bean seeds from the bulk before frying). Spread on a tray to cool.

2) Fry your peanuts or buy ready made one from the market.
3) Cut the peeled unripe plaintain into very thin flakes and bake with your oven till crispy but not burnt. Or buy already fried unripe plantain (kpekere).

4) Tie each ingredient seperatly.

5) If you have a heavy duty blender or miller, loosen the grinder and pass the soya beans through once to seperate the skin from the beans. Then carefully blow away the skin.

6) Then grind every thing together including the crayfish. Grind till smooth.

7) Spread out on a tray to cool before storing in containers.

Add to already prepared pap or anyother cereal when feeding your baby.

Soya milk!!! Used to make it alot back in Lagos. The problem with it is that it last for just 3days even when refrigerated. I will post the procedure for making it later.

can i use d soya beans to replace formular? My baby is 8months old

You can't use soya beans alone, the milk is important majorly because of high calcium content they normally contain which is very essential for growing babies.

I add my specially prepared soya beans and milk to my boy's pap. Even when i want to take the soya beans alone, i must add milk and little sugar to improve the taste.

Please while this may seem super good , watch out for allergies. Peanut and beans can trigger allergic reaction in kids. Please wait for 1Yr before giving peanut to your kid if you can. As for the crayfish, do you wash and re-cook or you feed the baby crayfish straight from the market? Please and please, its just one life these kids have. Cook sweet potato, mash banana, cook meat with carrot and irish potato mash and feed baby. The idea is okay just be careful give baby a teaspoon full and watch out for allergies for two days as some foods take time to react. Watch out for poop or maybe hard poop or no poop at all and discontinue if baby reacts and seek medical help if reaction is severe.
If all goes well, happy feeding dont forget hygine.

as long it is not around the water and then it been in a container, I will just take you weeks

Pls do not forget to google for soy bean side effect on babies to avoid regrates.

Pls do not feed babies Soya meal.

It is dangerous.

The first time my sec ond son took soyabeans,boils broke out all over his back,this was at 10 mths.Mehn I had to rush to the hospital.

We have stopped everything soy ,though I used to love it when I was younger.

Try with single ingredients first to know which one your child will react to.
My first takes soyabean without the groundnuts,it gives him terrible cough.

The second reacts to the soyabean itself.
